Delivery

Standard UK mainland deliveries cost £6.99 for a standard service of 5 - 7 working days and £8.99 for Next Working Day service for orders placed before 1pm.

About Customs Duties & Taxes

If the country your order is being delivered to is outside of the UK then any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering on our website for international delivery, you're considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you're receiving the goods.

Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a parcel. As the importer of record, you may be required to provide the recipient's identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.

Generally, customs forms for international parcels will list the value of the contents of your order by product type.

Customs forms may show the value of items included in the delivery by product type. We reserve the right to provide such information to customs in order to simplify the process for our customers or due to legal obligations. Customs can open and control packages, we have no influence over that.

If the order is a SALE, the package will be marked "SALE". The prices of the articles are nevertheless shown in the customs form. We are currently unable to describe the content in any other way.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As a rule, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

Any items that are returned to us due to refusal to pay the additional costs will be subject to the cost of shipping both ways, i.e delivery and return costs. These costs will be deducted from any refund due when the item reaches our warehouse.

Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to us and we know you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We'd like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

We may also provide certain order, delivery and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Shipments into the United States

Orders placed on our website and shipped into the United States may be subject to additional US state and local sales taxes.

Additional Charges

When shipping outside of the UK you may incur additional charges depending on your countries VAT relationship with the UK, please be aware of your countries Tax and Customs tariffs before placing an order as returning an item could be costly.

Returns Policy

It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.

Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return meaning the process may take longer.

Your statutory rights

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by selecting the appropriate option in your account or a letter sent by post). You may use the example model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken.
